Make IT matter at Refresh:IT

November is here, which means our very first conference, Refresh:IT, is right around the corner. In combination of India being the largest exporter of information technology services, and the current need to get the most out of digital transformation in the workplace, service management is becoming more and more relevant today.

With that in mind, Freshservice is hosting its first-ever ITSM conference, Refresh:IT, in one of India’s major IT hubs, Bengaluru, on Wednesday, 9th November 2016. Refresh:IT is all about making IT matter by transforming employee experience in the current digital workplace through service management. Refresh:IT will be attended by over 100 leading brands and experts from diverse sectors of the IT industry including Flipkart, Goibibo, Outlook, Times Internet, Zoomcar, KPMG, and the like.

Knowledge and experience

Our keynote sessions centered around customer service management will be presented by some of the finest minds in the industry.
