This time, we’re jubilant to share that Freshservice is the only ITSM tool to rank in G2 Crowd’s 2016 Top 25 Mid-market Software Products, and has also been named a category leader in GetApp’s Q3 2016 Top 25 IT Service Management apps in the cloud. Barely four months ago, Freshservice also ranked #1 in customer satisfaction in G2 Crowd Spring 2016 Best Service Desk Software Grid.
About the ranking
Every year, G2 Crowd releases its Top 25 Mid-market Software Products list that showcases the software that mid-market users rate highly, based on customer satisfaction scores that are determined based on reviewers’ likeliness to recommend the product to their peers. In addition to being in the top deck as 24 other finest business technology, Freshservice has ranked #9 with an overall customer satisfaction score of 9.38.
On the other hand, GetApp’s quarterly ranking showcases the top 25 cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Scored using five factors worth 20 points each, every software is marked for a total of 100 – with Freshservice ranking at #4 with user reviews based on integrations, mobile app availability, media presence, and security.
What it means for our customers
The mid-market business segment has always been one that’s helping us gain a competitive edge over other business technology. Our product is tightly knit with our customers’ needs, and we are constantly working hard to improve Freshservice to make our customer experience even more awesome.
Not to mention that we’re in amazing company – to be on the same deck as other products we admire and use every day, like Slack and TeamViewer, while also directly influencing the current ITSM marketplace requirements through Freshservice’s solid combination of ease of use and flexibility.
